Lacrosse Players Swarm to Westminster for Annual LaxMax Tournament
The LaxMax Lacrosse Tournament kept downtown Westminster hoppin' this weekend.
Lacrosse came to Westminster in a big way this weekend as hundreds of teams participated in the LaxMax Lacrosse Tournament.
Fields at East Middle School, Friendship Valley Elementary School, Carroll Community College and Deer Park were bustling as lacrosse teams from across the country converged on Westminster to test their skills against the competition.
It's third year in Westminster, the two day event kept local businesses busy this weekend, which Westminster City Council member Tony Chiavacci said is one of his favorite aspects of the event.
