Westminster Man Killed at Navy Yard a Hard Core Ravens Fan
Westminster resident Michael Ridgell was killed in the Navy Yard shooting spree Monday.
The Baltimore Ravens took to social media to send condolences to the family and friends of Michael Ridgell, one of the 12 victims in Monday's Navy Yard shooting spree.
According to the Ravens, Ridgell attended every Ravens home game since 1996 (except for when he was serving in Afghanistan).
