Weather Closings and Delays on Jan. 21

Snow will develop between 7 and 10 a.m., says the National Weather Service.

The National Weather Service is predicting between six and 10 inches of snow accumulation in Carroll County Tuesday. Local organizations and businesses are planning accordingly.  

>>Carroll County Public School students already have the day off because it's the end of the marking period. CCPS posted on its website Monday evening: There will be no transportation tomorrow, Tues., 1/21, for Carroll County out-of-county and nonpublic school students. There will be no Outdoor School for East Middle School students on Tues., 1/21. Plans will be made to reschedule.

>> Carroll County Government Offices and Northern Landfill CLOSING at NOON

>> Senior Centers CLOSED

>> Carroll Christian Schools CLOSED

>> Carroll Area Transit System (CATS) CLOSED

>> Carroll Lutheran Schools CLOSED

>> Carroll Community College CLOSED

>> Carroll County Circuit/Juvenile Court CLOSED

>> Carroll County District Court CLOSED

>> Human Service Programs of Carroll County CLOSED, Free Tax Service Open House postponed

>> Carroll Hospital Center has canceled all community programs and support groups scheduled for Tuesday, January 21. Any classes or programs that are part of a series will be rescheduled and the participants will be notified.
