September Song presents "ANNIE"

• When:  Friday, July 26, 8 p.m.
• Description:  September Song presents the musical “ANNIE”

 19th Annual Month of Sundays Summer Concert Series

• Where:  Westminster City Park, 11 Longwell Avenue, Westminster
• When:  Sunday, July 28, 6:30 p.m.
• Description:  Country & Southern Rock Music from Dean Crawford and the Mighty Dunn's River Band.
• Cost:  Free

 Summer Sizzle

• Where:  Freedom Village Shopping Center, Eldersburg
• When:  Friday, July 26, 3 p.m.
• Description:  "Summer Sizzle" is the Freedom Village Shopping Center's first annual open house event.  There will be food samples, kid-friendly activities, free ice cream, Giveaways, and much more.  
• Cost:  Free

Cup of Tunes Coffee House

• Where:  Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church Freedom Youth Center
• When:  Friday, July 26, 7 p.m.
• Description:  Entertainment, light fare, beverages.  All proceeds to benefit the South Carroll Food Pantry. 
• Cost: $5

Mount Airy Fire Company Carnival

• Where:  Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Department, 1008 Twin Arch Road, Mt. Airy
• When:  July 22 – 27, 6 – 10:30 p.m.
• Description:  Rides, food, games, and entertainment.
• Cost:  Free

Images of the Civil War

• Where:  Carroll Arts Center, 91 West Main Street, Westminster
• When:  June 6 – Aug 6, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Description:  An art exhibit featuring contemporary reflections on the Civil War. More than 100 artists are included in this display that reflects the lingering impact and emotions of this monumental historic event.
• Cost:  Free

Carroll County 4-H and FFA Fair

• Where:  700 Agriculture Way, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, July 27, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Description:  Everyone is invited to come on out for a great family fun, food, entertainment.
• Cost:  See website for details and a list of events (like the combine demolition derby Saturday night!)

Hampstead Farmers' Market

• Where:  1341 North Main Street, Hampstead
• When:  Saturday, July 27, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Description:  Producer-only market offering locally grown, baked or produced items, from delicious seasonal produce to a wide variety of local artisan crafts and jewelry. 
• Cost:  Free

Carroll County Farmers' Market "Fair Week"

• Where:  Carroll County Agriculture Center, 706 Agriculture Center Drive, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, July 27, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Description:  Fresh local produce in season, baked goods, eggs, honey, gourmet foods, jams and jellies, handmade crafts and more. Breakfast and lunch served.
• Cost: Free
