I just had my computer in for repair. I thought I have a virus. They took the computer and said they could remove a virus without wiping out the computer. They also told me they would verify the problem and call me with a free no obligation estimate. They checked the computer and called me and said the computer did not have a virus but had a bad network card instead. They told me the cost to fix it and I picked it up later that day. I couldn’t be happier!
