His motto, “We believe that every customer is special, and we will work hard to keep your business." His motto should be “We believe that every customer is special, and we will work hard to screw you on your way out the door.”
Since 5/2011 We've used him for all of our vehicle needs spending over $13,000.00 in the last 16 months on our company vehicle alone. In September the transmission in my Mountaineer started going up. So I took my 2000 Dodge Durango to Rob to perform service work so that it would pass inspection and be road worthy. On October 22, 2012 my husbands only work vehicle starting have problems so he took it to Rob for repairs. Four (4) invoices and 40 days later our pay out was for my husband's truck was $6,064.25. The day before Thanksgiving Rob calls my home leaving a message that Black Friday will be 30 days that my Durango has been on his lot. If I don't pay and pick up my vehicle by Friday he's putting a lien on it to have it auctioned to recover the $2400 that we owe him.
Rob value's his customers so much that on 11/27 he put a lien on my vehicle and it's being auctioned on December 27th. He did this knowing that we were repeat customers that have always paid and continually supported his small business during tough economic times.
