I used UNI for a school physical and paid $405 out-of-pocket because UNI refused to bill my insurance, stating I would not be covered. I submitted the claim myself and I WAS covered completely. I supplied UNI with my explanation of benefits, which clearly showed that my insurance company had paid the bill. Two months later I have not been reimbursed and my phone calls are not returned. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO A MEDICAL ERROR WHICH FORCED ME TO HAVE BLOOD DRAWN A SECOND TIME!! PATIENT BEWARE!!!!
