There is always a reason for a price-increase - I can't remember ever reading about a reason for aRead More price-decrease. It's possible no one else has noticed this. Isn't capitalism wonderful?

Hearing some good things about Heather. Going to take a look but Gansler seems to be running strongRead More and of course Brown's Ads are good.

LT Governors usually don't far well in Maryland. That leaves us with Gansler. He strikes me as justRead More another corrupt politician who is only interested in himself.
MoCoRes April 4, 2014 at 11:45 am
Yes, Maryland arguably has good schools and jobs at the moment. But a quick trip around the BeltwayRead More will show you that Virginia and D.C. are progressing and developing. Do I think it's becasue of lax rules in those areas? Maybe but not entirely. I'm a Democrat and I gladly voted for O'Malley. But my biggest problem with progressives in Maryland and other places is they tend to be more interested in activism rather than governing. Should businesses be able to walk all over us and do whatever they want? No. But there needs to be a proper balance between attracting business and regulations. And I don't think Maryland has it right now. Regarding the next governor, I don't know Brown and Mizeur all that well. But I don't trust Gansler.

GO WEGMANS! And since the evil city of Westminster does not have a Wegmans (nor do they deserveRead More one!), it's a win win to take your hard earned dollars and spend it in a city that doesn't treat their residents as criminals! I used to feel guilty when I shopped at Wegmans. NOT ANY MORE!! Best food store on the planet!!!
Maryellen Brady April 1, 2014 at 11:00 am
Good for Wegmans, I sure hope they pay their employees well, promote from within and most of allRead More dont rely on taxpayers as does WALMART for their government corporate subsidies. Each WALMART costs taxpayers $900,000 a year. It would be good to know if WEGMANS is a real plus to the community, as is Costco.

Doesn't look good! Not good publicity for First Mariner Bank and I don't blame the investors ifRead More they take all their money now!

I dont trust any banks anymore. they all follow the same outdated rules which help them and not us.Read More they win and we lose. borrow money and they charge 19% interest or more. if I save money, they give me .001% interest. seems a little one sided don't you think?

David Iacona liberal protocol... 1. Post lies made up by the democratic committee and posted toRead More places like daily koz and moveon.org 2. Attempt to discredit posted sources that counter your lies by saying sources a just conservative liars. 3. Start personal attacks again person who called them out in the first place. I guess I'll have to wait for #3.

I sure do miss all of the mom & pop stores that these big box stores have put out of business.Read More Virtually nothing is made in America anymore due to obtaining the goods cheaper from China, where workers are really cheap slave labor. If at all possible, I buy nothing made in China...it's usually cheap and doesn't last anyway. Sometimes I can't avoid it, but I do whenever I can. If an American made item and a Chinese made item are sitting side by side, I will always purchase the American made item, even if it does cost a little higher. Then there was the scandal about pet foods made in China.....
