Access Carroll Free Healthcare Clinic provides health care for low-income, uninsured residents of Carroll County.More Volunteers and donations are always welcome. The clinic is a nonprofit organization in coordination with the Carroll County Health Department, the Carroll County Hospital and the Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County. The clinic's mission is to help patients maintain good health and learn to manage illnesses.

Community Media Center

Located on Washington Road near Westminster Senior High School, the Community Media Center is a public, educational, andMore government media organization that provides a production facility for five local television channels including Channel 18 (Carroll Community College), Channel 19 (Public Access), Channel 21 (Board of Education), Channel 23 (Municipal), and Channel 24 (County Government). They exist as part of a national program requiring cable companies to assign a small portion of their channel capacity to represent local communities' interests and desires in exchange for the use of the public's right of ways. The Carroll County CMC moved into their current facility after construction was completed in 2004.
