Carroll County Sheriff's Deputies Search For Suspect in 7-Eleven Robbery

The robbery took place Friday evening in Finksburg.

Sheriff's Deputies are searching for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven in Finksburg and fled the scene on foot Friday evening, according to a press release.  At approximately 7:03 p.m. Friday, Carroll County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a hold-up alarm at the 7-Eleven convenience store located in the 2100 block of Sandymount Road Finksburg. The initial investigation revealed that prior to the alarm a man entered the store and demanded money, according to the release.   Feeling threatened, the cashier provided the suspect with cash from the register. The suspect is described as a black male, medium build, wearing a dark colored ski mask, dark jacket, dark pants and white tennis shoes. The suspect also had his hands covered with dark gloves.  …
