It's Not Too Late to Make a Difference in Next Year's Taxes

Tax season is just around the corner, but there are a few things you can do now to make a difference later.

In late December, our heads are filled with thoughts of holidays, snow and what to do on New Year's Eve. But in just a few weeks, it will be time to start thinking about the Big T – taxes. Don't wait until it's too late to hear your accountant tell you, "if you had just done a few little things, you might have saved some money".  What can you do right now – before Dec. 31 – to make a difference in your tax bill?
