Seems as if we've been asking 'where’s winter?' for some time now. Well, it's here. It’s going to be so cold this week that the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a hazardous weather outlook. Add to that a winter storm that may be coming our way, and it looks like the cold season has arrived. Today, the highs will be in the low-20s. The dry winter air coupled with wind gusts approaching 30 mph will also make for prime wildfire conditions, according to NWS. Temperatures will drop to the mid-teens tonight and the winds will persist. Wednesday, temperatures will reach the high-20s. It should also be breezy, but not as severe as Monday.
