Dr. Ball Recognized with Regional Award

Carroll Community College's Dr. James Ball won a regional award from the National Council of Instructional Administrators.

Dr. James Ball, vice president of Academic and Student affairs at Carroll Community College, was awarded the Instructional Leadership Award by the National Council of Instructional Administrators. “Dr. Ball’s contributions have made a substantial impact on Carroll Community College (Carroll),” said College President Dr. Faye Pappalardo. “His leadership and stewardship have been valuable for strong and steady enrollment growth, successful engagement and retention practices, and commitment to faculty development.” The vice president’s responsibilities at the college include supervision of credit academic programs, enrollment services, advising, counseling, transfer, financial aid, and student life, according to a news release.
