National Weather Service: More Rain, Floods on the Way
The National Weather Service has issued the following warning.
(Updated 3:40 p.m.) A flood warning issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) Tuesday afternoon expired at 3:30 p.m.. Showers will continue to pass through the area this evening, according to NWS. Some areas may see as much as a quarter of an inch of rain by 5 p.m., but most places will see up to a tenth of an inch. -- Original article: The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flood warning for parts of Maryland, including Howard and Carroll counties.
