Diane Link, Neighbor

I am a RN and Executive Director of Carroll Home Care and Carroll Hospice. I graduated from Westminster High School and the Carroll County Vo-tech. I have spent my entire nursing career serving in Carroll County. My favorite things include reading, camping and talking (not necessarily in that order) My favorite part of my job is sharing with others my knowledge of health care and related issues. My daily goal is to make one person smile each day. I usually do that and more.
