Hello I'm Glenda! Here you will find a little bit about myself. My blog is about the value of music education. I will be showcasing various music programs available to music students,practice tips, help and advice for parents of music students, etc.. As a string player, my advice will come from this angle as that is where my background and training is. I have also l played with The Westminster Symphony, The Towson University Symphony, The BSO, The Maryland Youth Symphony Orchestra, Encore and the band "PUSH" at Rams Head Live. I have also toured in Italy. In addition, I have been the Recreational Director for the McDaniel College Orchestra Camp. I have completed Suzuki Training and ECC with Ronda Cole at The Suzuki Association of the Greater Washington Area. I currently have an A.A. Degree in Music from Carroll Community College. I am a member of The Suzuki Associations of America, The Suzuki Association of the Greater Washington Area and the American String Teachers Association.
