Life has been good, all 31 years. I've been an extra in a couple action films, earned a black belt, and I've learned to play a mean guitar. But I've spent the majority of my free time studying marketing. As a marketer by trade, I've created campaigns for both private and public companies, resulting in revenue increases to the tune of tens of millions of dollars. When I earned my real estate license over five years ago, I wanted to foster my passion for people and real estate. But as it would turn out, my marketing days weren't over.

Just seconds into the business and it became apparent how mediocre the way homes are being marketed. There was evidence everywhere of homes taking too long to sell, not selling for what they could have or not selling at all (expired). Even top Realtors, who were in-fact listing many homes, were not doing everything that could be done from a marketing standpoint, to maximize the sales price. It seemed like the name of the game was, 'just list as many properties as possible. Some will sell and some won't'. The problem with this ubiquitous business model is that your home's sale price is entirely dependant upon how well it is marketed.

So I looked around but nobody was having a conversation about improving the way homes were marketed and sold, or questioning if there was more that could be done to protect the seller's equity. I began thinking about what kinds of marketing tactics and strategy would maximize the sale price, so sellers aren't leaving any money on the table. In response to a much needed update for the times, I set out to design a marketing plan that today, is consistently and reliably selling homes faster and for more money. My goal is not to be the number #1 Realtor by listing the most homes, but by lending you my marketing expertise, telling your homes story, and selling your home faster and for more money than anyone else can.
